Prior to his current position, Adedayo held the position of Head of Commercial for Africa World Airlines based in Ghana, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the airline’s commercial operations and expanding its market presence. With a strong background in route and network development, schedule planning, revenue management, sales, marketing, and business development, Adedayo has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and enhancing customer experience in the aviation sector.

Adedayo holds a master’s degree in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University, UK and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
