Judy has 20 years of experience in managing and identifying growth opportunities across different markets in Africa and globally. Her experience runs across fintech, airline, start-ups, media, and technology. She has a proven track record in setting and driving strategy across Africa where she has trained, inspired, and influenced teams to deliver desired objectives.

Prior to her appointment as Regional Managing Director for Network International, leading DPO Pay by Network across Africa, she was Chief Operating Officer overseeing operations across 19 African countries where she was mandated within building operations excellence through effective and efficient processes and simplifying complex business processes by embracing technology to create a best-in-class customer experience.

Previously, Judy spent 15 years in the airline industry having worked for Kenya Airways, Qatar

Airways and Jambojet Limited. She set up the first digital payment for Kenya Airways in the early 2000s. At Qatar Airways, she was Head of Digital-Africa responsible for the overall digital strategy for 15 African countries while, at Jambojet, she acted as Head of Marketing.

She holds an MBA in Strategy and a Degree in Business InformaPon systems from the United States InternaPonal University (USIU). She is also a cerPfied Project Manager Professional (PMP) with the InternaPonal Project Management InsPtute (PMI). When she is not working, Judy enjoys outdoor sports, traveling and hiking.
